We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team, to help grow our internal team across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and handling offers
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and TA dashboard, ensuring all information is well-maintained and up to date
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to support their hiring needs
- Getting involved in TA-related improvement projects
Who We Are Looking For
- Final-year or penultimate student/fresh graduate from any major, preferably Human Resources or Management.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or recruitment; relevant internship or organizational experience is a plusGood communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Project management skills — able to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Willing to do 5 days WFO in RDTX Square, Kuningan, Jakarta
