Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at MM Mega Market Vietnam
- Support in daily operational tasks of the TA team such as preparing to onboard for new comer, collecting employee data ...
- Be the person in charge of some HR projects ( Buddy program for newcomers, orientation, conduct survey…)
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Other tasks assigned
- Source, screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Keep track of candidate experience by sending thank you letters and follow up on their feedback
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- In charge of some internship/ massive positions
- Other tasks assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a similar junior HR role or working in a headhunting firm will be a big plus
- Experience with MS Office, be able to handle complex recruiting system
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and shall be interested in technology
- Can work full-time for 3 months
