Play Duo is a gaming and social entertainment platform that connects players, voice hosts, and content creators through interactive experiences.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Creator Partnership Intern who is energetic, proactive, and loves meeting new people.
This isn't a typical HR internship where you'll spend your day reviewing CVs.
You will be directly involved in discovering and connecting with gamers, voice hosts, creators, and online communities through TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Facebook, and other social platforms.

๐ฏ What You'll Do
๐ Find & Recruit Talents :
* Discover potential SPlayers, Voice Hosts, and Content Creators through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, gaming communities, campus communities, and other platforms.
* Research and identify talents who match Play Duo's requirements.
* Reach out to potential talents and introduce Play Duo's programs.
๐ฌ Connect & Build Relationships :
* Start conversations with potential talents through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms.
* Explain Play Duo's talent programs, requirements, benefits, and opportunities.
* Follow up consistently and maintain good relationships with potential talents.
* Answer basic questions and help talents understand the onboarding process.
๐ Manage Recruitment :
* Conduct initial screening and qualification of potential talents.
* Coordinate interviews and onboarding with the relevant team.
* Maintain an organized talent database and recruitment pipeline.
* Track recruitment activities, including:
* Talents contacted
* Response rate
* Qualified candidates
* Interviews
* Successful onboardings
๐ Community & Creator Outreach :
* Explore new gaming communities, creator networks, and social media channels.
* Identify potential collaboration opportunities with creators and communities.
* Support campaigns, events, and other talent-related projects.
๐ก What We're Looking For :
* Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
* Background in HR, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields is a plus.
* Female candidates preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable talking to new people and starting conversations first.
* Active or familiar with TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, or other social platforms.
* Interested in gaming, live streaming, content creators, social media, or digital entertainment.
* Comfortable working with targets and measurable results.
* Proactive, confident, persistent, and willing to learn.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
* Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, community management, sales, or creator management is a plus โ but not required.
