Job description for Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist at Baskit
About the Company:
Baskit is the go-to-market platform for emerging brands and distribution channels across FMCG, beauty/personal care, and fashion. We dominate every distribution channel and bring together distribution support, tech, and credit for our customers.
We are Hiring: Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist to support Baskit’s growth by owning end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across HQ and field teams. This role will also drive learning and development initiatives, particularly for GT Sales, while ensuring remote and field employees are well-equipped, engaged, and connected with HQ. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel occasionally to support regional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company-wide hiring needs end-to-end, including remote and field-based sales (GT) roles.
- Own onboarding programs that ensure a smooth, effective transition for every new joiner — HQ and field alike.
- Ensure new joiners have the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to succeed in their roles from day one.
- Design and coordinate learning & development programs, with a particular focus on GT Sales field teams.
- Develop training materials and support role-specific training initiatives across the company.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track employee development progress over time.
- Travel occasionally to regional hubs and field locations to deliver training and stay close to remote teams.
- Drive engagement for remote and field-based employees, building rapport and closing the distance from HQ.
- Stabilize and continuously improve TA processes, hiring pipelines, and recruitment practices.
- Track hiring and onboarding progress and provide regular updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR, or People roles.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally across both corporate and field/sales roles.
- Experience in training, onboarding, or learning program development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable engaging and building rapport with remote or field-based teams.
- Willing to travel occasionally to regional hubs and field locations.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- FMCG, GT Sales, or distribution experience is a plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
