Job description for Talent Acquisition and Placement at BNET Academy
BNET Academy is hiring a passionate individual to lead recruitment, support talent placement, and help ensure our learning programs run smoothly end to end.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit expert mentors and internal team members
- Manage screening, interviews, hiring coordination, and onboarding
- Build talent pools and prepare candidates for partner company interviews
- Coordinate with partner companies on placement and collaboration needs
- Support learning operations, program administration, and module coordination
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related roles
- Experience in headhunter would be a plus
- Strong interviewing, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders at once
- Experience in education, training, bootcamp, staffing, or placement is a plus
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
