Skills and Qualifications:

1. MUST HAVE work experience in talent acquisition for IT industry
2. Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
3. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
4. Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
5. A creative mindset when it comes to employer branding.
6. Great communication skills and a team player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree
2. 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
3. Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
4. Fluent in English
5. Domicile in Yogyakarta
