Objectives:
- Sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Building strong employer branding strategies to make our company stand out.
- Working closely with our team to understand hiring needs and culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE work experience in talent acquisition for IT industry
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- A creative mindset when it comes to employer branding.
- Great communication skills and a team player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree
- 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Domicile in Yogyakarta
