- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in data engineer using Talend
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python/R and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
