Job description for SYSTEMS/SOFTWARE ENGINEER (LEAD PROGRAMMER) at Young & Rich Creative

We are looking for an experienced Systems/Software Engineer (Lead Programmer) to lead software development activities and contribute to enterprise technology projects.

📌 Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Programmer
Strong programming, system development, and problem-solving skills
Experience leading or coordinating software development teams
Able to translate technical requirements into effective software solutions

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Certification related to API Service Development
Certification related to ISO 20022
Experience in API service implementation
Experience with DevOps practices and environments
Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise environments is a plus

💼 Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate software development activities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services
Lead the implementation and integration of API services
Review code and ensure development follows technical standards and best practices
Collaborate with System Analysts, Developers, DevOps, and other technical teams
Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and system improvements
Ensure software solutions are delivered according to project requirements and timelines
