Job description for System Integration Analyst at B2BE
You will collaborate with skilled engineers and work with cross-functional teams to deliver and fulfil the business needs of the client. We are looking for a skilled professional who has the enthusiasm and passion to develop, design, implement and integrate business systems according to the client’s needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of projects from initial scoping to final invoicing
- Participate in solution design, execution, and delivery of projects to meet a client’s requirements and to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in full
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation at all time
- Follow policies and best practices to define project requirements based on customer’s needs
- Perform root-cause-analysis for issues raised by customer during external testing
- Understand and action on the required connectivity protocols for each project, where relevant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree qualified in IT or IT related courses
- Experience in project management, system analyst, system integration, or relevant
- Good understanding of EDI, ERP, supply chain management, and B2B/e-Commerce processes
- Any programming language experience/knowledge (preferably C++ and Java)
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Good understanding of network communication protocols is plus
- Experience managing multiple global clients is plus
- Willing to WFO in Surabaya
