Job description for System Engineer (Project Based) at Lintasarta

Jobdesk:

Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di bidang monitoring platform atau sebagai system engineer dengan fokus pada Zabbix dan Grafana.
Pemahaman mendalam tentang SLA Monitoring dan implementasi alerting system pada tools zabbix dan grafana.
Pengetahuan tentang protokol jaringan (SNMP, HTTP, ICMP) dan pemantauan aplikasi berbasis jaringan
Memahami konsep integrasi via API
Kemampuan untuk menganalisis log dan data performa dari Zabbix dan Grafana untuk menemukan anomali.
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan tim SDWAN dan tim operasional lainnya untuk eskalasi dan penyelesaian masalah.
