Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and expectations.
- System Design: Create detailed system designs, including data models, process flows, and user interfaces.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Develop clear and concise technical documentation, such as user manuals, system specifications, and test cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure system quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Product Development, IT Business Analysis, or IT System Analysis.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Competency in PL/SQL Queries.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Documentation Skills: Experience creating system design documents, use cases, flow processes, and activity diagrams.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Innovation, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset.
- Project Experience: Experience with transactional projects is highly desirable.
