Job description for System Analyst at Hexavara Technology
Role Description:
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements
- Prepare clear and detailed system requirement documents
- Act as a bridge between users and the development team
- Support the development process from planning to testing and implementation
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements
- Provide solutions and support for system-related issues
- Create mockups for initial visualizations to present to clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a System Analyst (fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant projects or portfolio)
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to analyze user/business requirements and translate them into system documentation
- Experienced in creating: Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Flowcharts, UML, or other system diagrams
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with users, developers, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and web/mobile application development is a plus
