Job Description
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate business needs into clear technical specifications, analyze existing systems and workflows, and ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system requirements, and technical documentation.
Analyze existing applications, business processes, and system workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Create system documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and business users to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
Prepare and validate system design proposals, data flows, system integrations, and interface requirements.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions.
Ensure system changes meet business requirements, functional specifications, and quality standards.
Support system implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Technical Skills
Strong understanding of System Analysis and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
Proficiency in creating Functional Specification Documents (FSD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Good knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
Understanding of relational databases, data structures, and data mapping.
Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.
Ability to create UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and ERD.
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Jira, and Confluence.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured system requirements.
Skilled in identifying system gaps, analyzing issues, and proposing practical solutions.
Good understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization.
3. Communication & Collaboration
Strong communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate effectively with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users.
Able to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Proven experience in system requirement analysis and functional documentation.
Experience working on application development, system enhancement, or system integration projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements.
Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise applications, ERP systems, or business-critical applications.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production issue resolution.
Familiarity with application and report development requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
