Job description for System Analyst at PT NTT Indonesia Technology
- Minimum D4 / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and system design.
- Familiar with system documentation, including FSD, TSD, SRS, and UML diagrams.
- Understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Basic to good understanding of .NET / Java development.
- Familiar with MSSQL and/or DB2 databases.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
