Role Overview
As a System Analyst (SA) at DDN, you are not merely a technical document writer, but the guardian of system clarity. You bridge abstract business needs with concrete technical solutions, ensuring that requirements are structured, feasible, and clearly understood by all stakeholders. You will be involved from the early discovery phase through documentation and implementation support, ensuring developers and QA teams have clear, structured, and testable references.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and clarify business requirements together with clients and/or Business Analysts.
- Translate business needs into structured technical documentation (SRS, Use Case, ERD, UML, logical wireframes).
- Provide technical input to BA and PMO regarding scope definition, prioritization, and feasibility.
- Act as the primary reference for developers in understanding system requirements.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure requirements are fully covered in test cases.
- Align business expectations with technical constraints and system capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Graduates from reputable universities (national or international).
- 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Strong ability to produce structured technical documentation (SRS, ERD, UML, etc.).
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and effort estimation (story points).
- Proficient in system analysis tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar).
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
