System Analyst

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in System Analyst, Product Manager (IT-Based), Software Analyst, or similar roles.
3. Strong understanding of system architecture, system design, and databases.
4. Familiar with website operations, including domain management, dashboard navigation, and Gantt chart/diagram utilization.
5. Skilled in creating Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
6. Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
7. Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and documentation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
9. Skilled in preparing reports, product specifications, and system requirements.
10. Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
11. All around Indonesia - Willing to move to Batu, East Java.

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop strategies and IT solution planning within the Financial Systems domain.
2. Design system architecture, systems, and databases based on business requirements.
3. Act as a Project Manager in the development and implementation of IT solutions.
4. Ensure IT solutions function optimally, are error-free, and align with business objectives.
5. Coordinate with the development team, Resource Deployment Manager, and vendors for system development and enhancement.
6. Ensure the proper utilization of IT solutions by relevant users.
7. Translate client requirements into IT solutions and clearly communicate technical concepts.
8. Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation.
9. Present and explain IT concepts effectively to teams and stakeholders.
10. Manage projects efficiently, including planning, organizing, and setting priorities.
11. Establish effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.
