We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a System Analyst Officer based in BSD, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia
Job Description:
Application Design: Coordinate the design phase of application development, creating comprehensive specifications and blueprints.
Project Management: Oversee and manage projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered efficiently.
Solution Provision: Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems encountered throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic Consulting: Offer advice and guidance across different project conditions, adapting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understand the fundamentals of system analysis, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and software development methodologies (such as Agile and Scrum).
Possess basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
Familiar with basic programming techniques.
Proficient in using analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or other diagramming tools.
Skilled in interpreting data and generating relevant reports.
Have an experience minimum one year in planning and prototyping system, such as designing database, involving and implementing Agile and Scrum, using tools for designing database and flow technical system, and creating technical reports.
Capable of working in a team and establishing good relationships with colleagues.
Able to listen to and comprehend user needs
Willing to Hybrid Work with 2 on-site working days per week
