Job description for System Analyst at Konnco Studio
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and ability to prepare BRD/PRD documents.
- Proficient with documentation tools for flowcharts and activity diagrams (draw.io, MS Visio, or similar).
- Understanding of APIs (including testing with Postman), databases, and coding fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced working cross-functionally with business, IT, QA, and project management teams.
- Willing to WFO at Bantul, DI Yogyakarta (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering and in-depth analysis of client business processes, then translate them into clear system specifications and documentation (BRD, functional specs, use case diagrams, process flowcharts).
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to validate solutions and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Prepare draft tasks and project timelines.
- Design system flow, data flow, and solution architecture together with the development team.
- Ensure all system changes and implementations are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
