System Analyst
AI.DECE is looking for a passionate and analytical System Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and ensure successful implementation of software projects.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
* Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
* Develop business process flows, use cases, and system documentation.
* Collaborate with developers and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements.
* Support system testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
* Act as the bridge between business users and the technical team.
* Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
* Strong understanding of System Analysis and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience creating Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
* Familiar with Business Process Modeling, Flowcharts, UML, and Use Case Diagrams.
* Basic understanding of Databases and API concepts.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
* Experience with AI-related systems or digital transformation projects is a plus.
