🔹 Job Title: System Analyst
📍 Placement: West Jakarta
📅 Preferably Available to Start Immediately
Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate current systems to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze system requirements and document interfaces between new and legacy systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Guide the team in resolving application bugs and issues
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver the most effective solutions
- Validate system changes through testing
- Train users on new system operations and provide ongoing support
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Proficient in SQL and database design (including ERD documentation)
- Capable of preparing BRD, FSD, and TSD documents
- Familiarity with Java and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in systems related to ISP or business operations is an advantage
- Good understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta and preferably able to join immediately
