Job description for System Analyst Specialist at PT Repex Wahana

About the role

This is a System Analyst role responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable documentation, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and developer teams. You will design end-to-end system solutions, manage requirement changes, develop test scenarios, and ensure delivered solutions solve business problems.

Key responsibilities:

Gather and deeply analyze business requirements, including understanding business goals and identifying user pain points.
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and developer teams.
Design end-to-end system solutions, covering process/system flows, business logic, data structures, database query, API integrations, and system blueprints.
Manage requirement changes while maintaining clear scope and priorities.
Develop test scenarios and support SIT and UAT processes.
Ensure delivered solutions truly solve business problems, not just meet documented requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in operational-critical environments.
Perform database analysis and write queries (e.g., SQL) to validate data, support investigations, and ensure system accuracy.

- Propose improvements to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with both business users and technical teams.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (Agile and/or Waterfall).
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
