Duties and Responsibilities:
Innovation & Contribution: Drive creation and innovation while making significant contributions to the progress of Bank .
Process Analysis: Conduct technical process analysis and map business processes.
Coordination & Detailing: Coordinate products or projects, interpret the solutions used, and conduct sessions for deep-dive detailing.
Current State Analysis: Document and analyze current business processes and the underlying systems/applications.
Requirement Specification: Document and compile detailed functional requirement specifications and related business activities.
Requirement Negotiation: Negotiate requirements based on the analysis of technical implementation effort.
System Design: Create detailed designs, ranging from high-level architecture to detailed specifications for each screen and business process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Solution Designer, Developer, Solution Architect, or an equivalent role.
Work Ethic: Demonstrates initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organized work habits.
Teamwork: Ability to work both individually and within a team, as well as coordinate effectively with related cross-functional teams.
Innovation: Ability to provide input and ideas for team improvement.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities.
Ex Developer
Required Skills:
Architecture & Principles: Experience with Microservices concepts, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and Programming Principles.
Methodology: Understanding of Agile SDLC Methodology.
Tools: Understanding of administration regarding Jira and Confluence.
Additional Skills:
Leadership: Experience in handling or supervising a team.
Architecture: Experience in Solution Architecture.
