Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain project documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.
• Develop process flow diagrams and system documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and system functionality.
• Support testing activities, UAT preparation, and implementation processes.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system analysis and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, business processes, and system design principles.
• Proficient in preparing BRD, FSD, SRS, SOP, and user documentation.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, developers, and project stakeholders.
