About the Role
We are looking for a System Analyst to analyze, design, and support IT solutions for banking applications. This role will work closely with Business Analysts/Business Users, Developers, QA, and other technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system/technical requirements.
- Design system flows, integration flows, and technical solutions based on business needs.
- Prepare technical documentation such as FSD/TSD, system specifications, UML, and flow diagrams.
- Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
- Work closely with Developers to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate with QA and support SIT/UAT, including issue analysis and resolution.
- Support API/system integration and production implementation.
- Ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Analyst.
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of System Analysis, SDLC, and software development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of API, database, and system integration.
- Experience creating FSD/TSD, UML, system flow, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
