Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise server environments, including Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Perform administration and monitoring of virtualization platforms, particularly VMware environments.
- Manage server infrastructure, including system deployment, configuration, patching, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Active Directory, including user management, access control, authentication, and group policies.
- Manage and monitor storage infrastructure such as SAN and NAS solutions.
- Support cloud infrastructure operations across platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud), or other cloud environments.
- Perform system backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices, including system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
- Maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Application, and other IT teams to support infrastructure operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, Server Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Windows Server Administration
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) / Linux Administration
- VMware Virtualization
- Active Directory & Windows Services
- SAN/NAS Storage Management
- Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or similar
Understanding of:
- Server virtualization concepts
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- High Availability architecture
- Infrastructure monitoring tools
- IT security practices
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to create technical documentation and operational reports.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
