Job description for Swimming Coach (Pluit) at PT Pendidikan Anak Bangsa

Job description:

Mengajar kelas renang untuk anak usia 6 bulan hingga 8 tahun sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan kualitas pembelajaran.
Mengimplementasikan kurikulum SSI serta mengikuti lesson plan yang telah ditetapkan.
Berkolaborasi dengan sesama coach dan lifeguard dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, termasuk assisting selama sesi berlangsung.
Memantau perkembangan peserta didik serta menyusun laporan (progress report) menggunakan template yang tersedia.
Menjaga keamanan, kenyamanan, dan ketertiban selama sesi pembelajaran.
Menunjukkan sikap proaktif serta berkontribusi dalam mendukung pengembangan Sparks Swim.
