Job description for Sustainability & Partnership Officer at PT Sumber Energi Pangan (SEP) - Triputra Group

Support the implementation of sustainability and CSR programs in the field, focusing on partner farmers of Corn, Coffee, and Vanilla
Build partnerships with government, NGOs, and local communities
Conduct field visits, monitoring, and data collection
Prepare activity reports, documentation, and success stories
Support partnership administration (MoU, agreements, meeting notes, follow-ups)

Job Spesification :

Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agronomy, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in Community Development, CSR, and Sustainability.
Knowledge of commodity services (Corn, Coffee, Vanilla) is an advantage
Good understanding of sustainability/CSR/ESG and community development
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel and work in the field
Placement : South Jakarta, Jakarta
