Job description for Sushi cook at Lurline Group

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

1. Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

Menyiapkan tempat kerja dengan semua bahan dan peralatan memasak yang dibutuhkan

2. Preparing ingredients to use in cooking

Mempersiapkan bahan-bahan yang akan digunakan dalam memasak

3. Check quality of ingredients

Memeriksa kualitas bahan

4. Cooking food in Cook food with appropriate equipment

Memasak makanan dengan peralatan yang sesuai

5. Check food while cooking

Memeriksa makanan yang sedang dimasak

6. Ensure the highest quality according to predetermined standard recipes

Memastikan kualitas terbaik sesuai standar resep yang telah ditentukan

7. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served

Melakukan presentasi makanan dengan benar sebelum disajikan

8. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Menjaga lingkungan kitchen yang bersih dan teratur

9. To keep the kitchen clean in all areas

Menjaga kebersihan kitchen di semua area

10. Ensure all kitchen equipment and supplies are always clean and sanitary

Pastikan semua peralatan dan perlengkapan dapur selalu bersih dan higienis

11. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Memastikan semua makanan dan bahan lainnya tersimpan secara tepat

12. Make sure the inventory of food ingredients is sufficient for operations

Memastikan persediaan bahan makanan mencukupi untuk operasional.

13. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Memeriksa stok bahan dan menindaklanjuti dengan pemesanan jika stok berkurang

14. Make sure customer orders are managed and served in a timely manner.

15.Enhance restaurant reputation from the kitchen product side

16.Providing assistance to other department when applicable
