# JOB VACANCY – SUSHI CHEF
📍 **Location:** Ubud, Bali
👥 **Positions Available:** 2
🕒 **Schedule:** Shift-based, preferably 2 days on / 2 days off
💰 **Salary:** IDR 10,000,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience and practical test results.
### Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Able to independently prepare sushi, classic rolls, and sashimi.
- Proficient in cooking and seasoning sushi rice.
- Skilled in using Japanese knives and slicing fish neatly and precisely.
- Knowledgeable about proper storage of fish and seafood, as well as food hygiene standards.
- Able to independently manage the sushi station efficiently, quickly, and consistently.
### Practical Test
Candidates must complete a practical cooking test covering sushi rice preparation, knife skills, roll making, and fish slicing for sushi and sashimi.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in European or Mediterranean kitchens.
- Experience working in high-volume restaurants.
- Willingness to assist other kitchen stations when needed.
