Job description for Survey & Design Manager at PT KJP Teknologi Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Marketing (MKT) and Sales Teams
- Work closely with the MKT and Sales teams to gain a full understanding of the proposed solution.
- Provide technical insights to support the sales process and ensure alignment with client needs.
Project Scope & On-Site Survey & Design
- Define and document the complete project scope, including all technical and operational requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, infrastructure, and technical specifications.
- Develop detailed designs and layouts using AutoCAD or other relevant design tools.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports summarizing the understanding of equipment, services, and site conditions.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team in securing contracts by offering detailed project insights.
- Assist the Engineering team with project execution by delivering clear and accurate survey data and designs.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
- Identify potential technical risks and issues that could impact project execution.
- Work with the MKT team to request solutions and propose alternative approaches if needed.
- Closely monitor and follow up on risk mitigation measures to ensure smooth project implementation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in ICT projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICT project implementation and AutoCAD for design.
- Ability to conduct and document on-site surveys, technical analysis, and project planning.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system design and project execution.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, especially in coordinating with Sales, MKT, and Engineering teams.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing multiple project scopes.
Language Skills (Preferred):
Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is required.
