Job description for Supply Chain Specialist at Pt. Elina Prima Sejahtera
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, PPIC, or related roles.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, beauty, or personal care is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Monitor demand, inventory levels, and material requirements to maintain optimal stock and prevent stockout or overstock.
- Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, PO preparation, price negotiation, and purchasing.
- Evaluate and maintain supplier performance and relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy, and turnover to minimize dead stock.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor and resolve delivery and supply issues, including delays and supply disruptions.
- Analyze purchasing, inventory, and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
- Prepare supply chain reports and performance analysis, including service level.
