SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Location: Karawang
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, service level, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead and oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities.
- Ensure product availability and on-time delivery to meet business and customer requirements.
- Manage inventory planning, stock accuracy, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, lead time, and operational costs.
- Identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and evaluate the supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building materials is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/Supply Chain Management systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
