Qualification & Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, and Forestry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Manufacturing Environment.
- Strong understanding and proven experience in production planning, inventoryc and material control, supplier management, and procurement peocess
- Experienced in Implementing Lean Management or Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, supported by effective communication and stakeholfer management abilities
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
