Job Description
- Implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
- Annual quality improvement project set up at selected suppliers
- Manage digital KPI Dashboards
- Lesson learnt to share best practice at regions
- Plan Trainings from internal or third party
- Lead supplier performance review via QBRs and 8D review meetings
- Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred
- Managing manufacturing quality team and familiar IPQC, FQC and IQC process
- Proven experience in conducting NPI verification via PPAP or APQP
- ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate or equivalent
- English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields
- Holding Six sigma green belt certificate or above will be a plus
