Job description for Supply Chain Management at PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi
Job responsibility:
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project, and Service teams to align material availability with project schedules and customer requirements
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process for UPS systems, batteries, spare parts, and electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- Coordinate import/export activities, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics with freight forwarders when applicable. customer requirement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Verify the accuracy of purchasing documents, shipping documents, and inventory transactions.
Essential Professional Experience
- At least have 2 years working experience in similar position
Skill
- Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement planning with both local and international vendors.
- Understanding of inventory planning, warehouse operations, and material replenishment to support sales, project, and service activities
- Familiarity with electrical products, critical power infrastructure, UPS systems, batteries, and related accessories is highly preferred.
- Project Management Skill
Qualification:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a must
- Experienced in supplier coordination, purchase order administration, and delivery management across local and global supply networks Able to work with team
- Familiarity with UPS systems, batteries, electrical components, and critical power solutions is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management abilities.
