Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from a reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Internship experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a neat and organized working style.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about procurement processes.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Description
- Assist the procurement team in sourcing suppliers and collecting price quotations.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Help maintain procurement files, vendor lists, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules, order confirmation, and required documents.
- Assist in comparing quotations and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and lead time.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager.
