Job description for Supply Chain Lead at RANS Kosmetika Indonesia
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the Accurate system and Microsoft Excel.(Mandatory)
- Willing to be based in PIK, North Jakarta
Job Description:
- Ensure the availability of materials and products to meet production and sales requirements.
- Prepare demand planning and supply planning to support business operations.
- Monitor the purchasing process and coordinate product deliveries from suppliers.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures are followed correctly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring stock levels in the system match the physical inventory through regular stock counts.
- Prepare reports on inventory availability, stock turnover, and distribution efficiency.
- Identify potential supply chain issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
