Location: Jakarta

Status: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Product sourcing & supplier management
Mengelola cross-border logistics
Monitoring stock dan slow-moving SKU
Menangani defect claims & logistics damage claims
Menjalankan dual-line product selection (traffic items & high-margin items)

KPI & Bonus:

Product markup rate ≥400%
Brand safety incidents ≤1/month
Traffic SKU stockout rate <3%
Dead stock capital ratio <10%

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman di bidang sourcing, procurement, merchandising, atau supply chain
Pengalaman FMCG, food, retail, atau home furnishing menjadi prioritas
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi supplier yang baik
Memahami inventory & stock management
Detail-oriented dan mampu bekerja dengan target
