  • Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, optimize warehouse layout, and ensure safety compliance. Reduce lead times for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Logistics & Export Operations: Coordinate export processes, documentation, customs compliance, and on-time shipments. Align production schedules with material availability to optimize flow and costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop logistics team, set and track KPIs, ensure accountability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Cost Control & Risk Management: Manage logistics and supply chain expenses, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain supply chain continuity.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Implement process improvements, introduce systems (ERP, WMS), and optimize operations for efficiency, cost, and transparency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. CSCP or CPIM certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain/logistics management within manufacturing, with exposure to export/global logistics. Proven track record in leading teams including export coordinators, warehouse staff, and inventory controllers.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in supply chain software and inventory tracking; solid knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, inventory management, warehouse operations, contract management, risk management, and JIT planning.
  • Professional Qualities: Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
  • Mobility: Flexible with overtime, dynamic production schedules, and occasional travel to suppliers or partners.
  • Language Skills: Professional-level English for reading, writing, and communicating with international suppliers/partners.
