Supplier Scouting Staff
ARM Global Trade is seeking an experienced and proactive Supplier Scouting Staff to support our sourcing and procurement activities across various industries and products.
Job Description
* Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers.
* Source various products based on company and client requirements.
* Conduct market research and supplier assessments.
* Negotiate pricing, specifications, and delivery terms with suppliers.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
* Visit suppliers and production sites when necessary.
* Prepare and maintain supplier databases and reports.
Requirements
* Male candidate.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in supplier scouting, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Willing to travel for supplier visits.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Details
Location: South Jakarta.
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
