Job description for Supplier Quality Engineer at PT. PEGAUNIHAN TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all vendor-supplied materials meet company quality, reliability, and regulatory standards.

2. Evaluate, audit, and qualify the manufacturing systems and capabilities of new and existing suppliers.

3. Establish inspection criteria for incoming materials and monitor vendor quality performance KPIs.

4. Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) and implement corrective actions for defective materials.

5. Collaborate with vendors and internal department to optimize supplier processes, minimize defect rates, and align quality goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in related field.

2. Experience in quality-related work

3. Good communication and strong logical thinking skills are preferred.

4. Fluent written & spoken Mandarin and/or English.
