Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements and its core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
- Able to manage NC product and lead supplier root cause investigation.
- Able to analyze and establish Quality Report (8D report, why-why analysis, etc.).
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong in communication and relationship building abilities.
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset.
Job Overview:
- Lead of PPAP audit, supplier audit before batch manufacture, production capacity assessment.
- Responsible for controlling suppliers, analyze supplier quality performance, support other departments related to quality control points raw materials and timely delivery rate.
- Participate in setting up the annual supplier overall quality target and promotion plan.
- Responsible for promoting suppliers' quality management, participate in establish and improve management standard, process and methods.
- Confirm supplier responsibility of compensation due to the quality issue and perform a quality claim.
- Assigned tasks related to the job as required.
