Job description for Supplier Acquisition (Poultry, Egg, Meat, & Seafood) at Edenfarm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carry out surveys of selected potential partners / suppliers of all Eden Farm's area
- Make reports / presentation of survey results data with actual and accurate information about suppliers
- Find potential suppliers and conduct an assessment of potential partners, partner business conditions, and partner customers
- Analyzing the Supplier Business Flow (from procurement to marketing and types of customers)
- Monitoring and ensuring transactions at suppliers run according to the agreement
- Initiating negotiation according to Eden Farm supply terms
- Reporting and being responsible for field results to superiors
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any major (Management is preferred)
- Minimum has 1 year of working experience in related field
- Have supplier connection for Protein (Poultry, Egg, Meat & Seafood)
- Have a background in Start-up company is a plus
- Have interpersonal, communication, organizational and observation skills
- Able to multitask, result-oriented, attention to detail and highly initiative
- Analytical & strategic thinking abilities
