1. Pria, usia 25–35 tahun.

2. Memiliki SIM A & B1 yang masih berlaku.

3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai supir minimal 2 tahun.

4. FISIK WAJIB KUAT. Sehat jasmani dan rohani. Tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit yang mengganggu pekerjaan.

5. Menguasai jalan utama dan rute di area Jabodetabek.

6. Mampu mengemudikan kendaraan manual, matic, maupun truk.

7. Memahami aturan lalu lintas dan menerapkan safety driving.

8. Tidak merokok di dalam kendaraan dan menjaga etika kepada customer
