SUPERVISOR (Rumah Makan)

*KUALIFIKASI*

1. Pria / Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun.

2. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (D3/S1 diutamakan).

3. Pengalaman minimal 6 Bulan - 1tahun sebagai Supervisor/Leader di bidang Rumah Makan/Cafe/Resto.

4. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan (leadership), komunikasi yang baik, dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah (problem solving).

5. Memahami operasional harian, manajemen tim, customer service, dan kontrol stok.

6. Jujur, disiplin, berpenampilan rapi, dan siap berkembang bersama unit usaha baru.

7. Wajib bersedia mengikuti Training/Pelatihan selama 1 (satu) bulan di Mojokerto (sebelum operasional dimulai).
