Job description for supervisor at PT. Mitra Mutu Gemilang

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Mengawasi dan mengendalikan seluruh pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi di lapangan agar sesuai dengan gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, jadwal, dan standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan.

Tugas & Fungsi:

Melakukan pengawasan harian terhadap aktivitas pekerjaan struktur, arsitektur, dan finishing di lapangan. Memastikan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan shop drawing dan instruksi teknis. Mengkoordinasikan dan mengarahkan mandor serta tenaga kerja agar pekerjaan berjalan efektif dan efisien. Melakukan pengecekan kualitas material yang masuk ke site sesuai spesifikasi yang disyaratkan. Membuat laporan harian dan mingguan terkait progres pekerjaan, kendala lapangan, dan penggunaan material. Berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager, QS, dan tim desain dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis di lapangan. Memastikan pelaksanaan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) diterapkan oleh seluruh pekerja di site.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Teknik Sipil. Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang konstruksi bangunan. Memahami gambar teknik, metode konstruksi, dan standar SNI. Mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi AutoCAD dan Microsoft Office. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi lapangan yang baik.
