1. Job Description
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve service excellence.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets.
* Analyze sales performance and implement promotional initiatives to drive business growth.
* Create staff schedules and manage attendance.
* Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Work closely with management to evaluate and improve operational performance.
* Ensure hygiene, food safety, and company SOP standards are consistently maintained.
* Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are fulfilled.
* Assist in menu planning, food supply estimation, and operational cost control.
* Coordinate catering and event logistics, including delivery, setup, and teardown.
* Prepare operational, sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.
2. Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the F&B or catering industry.
* Proven ability to develop sales strategies and increase business revenue.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
* Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational SOP.
* Able to coordinate teams, manage schedules, and monitor staff performance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
