Job Description :
- Coordinate with all departments in Ticketing & MICE
- Conduct all campaigns related to Ticketing & MICE
- Build mutual business relationship with airlines, hotel supplier, travel partners
- Work together with marketing department for strategy and campaign
- Able to maintain and handling VIP clients
- Creative and flexible in business development
- Strong ticketing skill is recommended
- Great English communication skill is a must
Requirements :
- Tourism High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years proven leadership/supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years overall travel industry experience required
- Extensive knowledge of Sabre GDS
- Knowledge of international travel related to health regulations
- Manages travel vendors and agency compliance
- Experienced processing travel documents visas and passports
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work off-peak business hours based on employee travel requirements
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- Able to work in a team, responsible, honest & disciplined.
- Has a flexible, energetic, enthusiast, positive & creative character
- Professional in working, able to distinguish between communication between co-worker, client corporate, FIT, etc
- Produce and analyze operational reports for management personnel
- Works well in a team environment to promote inclusion
