Job description for Supervisor Telemarketing at PT Maju Express Indonesia

GAMBARAN PEKERJAAN :

Mengelola dan mengawasi tim telemarketing agar mencapai target penjualan, serta terlibat di dalam aktivitas tersebut
Monitoring aktivitas harian (jumlah call, follow up, dan closing)
Membantu proses closing, terutama untuk case yang membutuhkan handling khusus
Memberikan briefing, coaching, dan evaluasi rutin kepada tim
Melatih kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan handling objection
Membuat laporan performa tim (harian/mingguan/bulanan)
Menganalisis data penjualan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan
Penempatan : Pluit - Jakarta Utara

KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan D3 / S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Leader Telemarketing
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan berorientasi pada hasil
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu mengelola tim
Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
Terbiasa melakukan monitoring dan analisa performa (call, closing, conversion)
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel (terbiasa menggunakan rumus / formula SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, dll.)
Disiplin, tegas, dan bertanggung jawab
