Job description for Supervisor Teknisi Procurement Wilayah Riau at PT Global Energi Lestari

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Otomotif, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait

- Memiliki pengalaman 5–7 tahun di bidang Procurement & Supply Chain dan 3 (tiga) tahun posisi Supervisor di Industri Pertambangan & Alat Berat

- Menguasai Katalog suku cadang & rantai pasok unit Earth Moving Equipment (Cartepillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo dll)

- Menguasai Contract & Legal Management , mampu menyusun Service Level Agreement (SLA) Commercial Terms, dan klausal garansi/ Pembatalan

kontrak jasa operasional site

- Menghandle Invoentory Control & Warehousing, integrasi kebutuhan pengadaan site dengan sistem stok minimum-maksimun untuk mencegah

downtime operasional unit Vendor Selection & Audit

- Memiliki dan mengelola database vendor aset yang kredibel dan kompetitif

- Mampu melakukan verifikasi langsung ke vendor, termasuk pengecekan spesifikasi, kualitas Vendor berdasarkan ISO (mutu, harga, waktu

Pemyerahan, K3L & Legalitas) dan ketersediaan aset

- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, administrasi pengadaan, dan koordinasi yang baik dengan internal maupun eksternal

- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke site tambang dan vendor
